Create APAN Account Minimize

This is a four-step process:
1) You fill out this form to create an APAN account.
2) You click a link from your email to activate your account.
3) You need to fill out a "Request Access" form for this site. An account needs approval for every site.
4) You'll receive a confirmation message in your email.
Note: When you want to gain access to another site, all you need to do is start from Step 3.
If you get “Username already exists,” try the Forgot Password option from the Login page.
