Purpose
Capabilities
The P-113 Military Construction (MILCON) Project creates a state-of-the-art center for joint / combined training, simulations, mission rehearsal, conferences, world-wide collaboration, and table-top events on Ford Island, Oahu, Hawaii. This MILCON project corrects USPACOM’s current shortfall in the capability to develop and implement transformational training concepts and infrastructure to prepare US forces to successfully conduct the full range of military operations.
Provide comprehensive simulation, technical, analytical, and logistics support for operations, exercises, conferences, and workshops
Manage the scheduling and delivery of live, virtual, and constructive training enablers associated with the Joint National Training Capability
Apply Information Technology expertise to support web based collaboration among DoD, Interagency, and coalition partners through the Asia Pacific Area Network (APAN)
Employ qualitative analysis capability to plan and execute Table Top Exercises, conduct open source research and analysis (Virtual Information Center), and provide analyses for pol-mil issues and for crisis response
Provide venue and Information Technology support for headquarters staff training, individual learning, and crisis operations
